Major Studies

To obtain the Bachelor of Laws degree (Sarjana Hukum) normally it requires 4,5 (four and half) years of full time study. Students in their 6th semester are required to choose their major. The seven major studies are:

1. Personal and Family Law;

4. Transnational and Diplomatic Law;

5. Administrative Law;

6. Constitutional Law; and

Other Facilities:

The Legal Laboratory and Legal/Clinical Educational Building

Students as well as the teaching staffs to study and develop techniques of national and international contract drafting use the Legal Laboratory. The legal laboratory is used also as a means for the students and the teaching staff to study and develop various techniques of drafting of Legal Memorandum, Briefs, the drafting of various forms of Acts under the legal system in Indonesia and legal services on litigation. The building is located at Jl. Cimandiri No. 2, Bandung and is for three main activities, namely: academic meetings discussing certain legal issues; the venue for the training of legal skills; and The venue of up grading in international law and other subjects for junior lecturers all over Indonesia. These yearly national activities were organized since 1987 until present. As of today, these national up grading courses on public international law, law of the sea, air and space law, law of international organizations, international economic law, international environmental law, international criminal law, etc.

Moot-Court Facilities

The Moot-Court Facilities at Jl. Cimandiri No. 2, Bandung, provided by the Law School aims to train students on court procedures. This program is designed to prepare students for legal practice in courts after their formal education.
