INTRODUCTION

The role of business law, in light of the increasing Indonesian economic activities becomes very important. Similarly. The teaching and research on business law must be increased to facilitate and to implement it in practice.

As the institution it is well recognized that the Padjadjaran Law School has to participate in developing the aspects of business law in Indonesia

OBJECTIVES

The main objectives of the CBL are:

1. to provide a service and management system for the teaching and research of business law;
2. to conduct legal training and seminars in the field of business law;to enhance interdisciplinary relations and nurturing institutional cooperation between universities, government agencies and other institutions dealing with the business law;
3. to improve the facilities for research and research capabilities of the academic staff, legal practitioners and other experts on the law of business, both national, regional and international level; and to disseminate the recent knowledge of business law to the society.

Contract law including Hire Purchase, leasing, factoring, venture capital, franchise, BOT, etc.; Security Law; Banking Law; Transportation Law; Insurance Law; Intellectual Property Right; Negotiable Instrument; Corporate Law; Agency Law; Stock Market; Investment Law; Bankruptcy Law; Labor Law; Export and Import Law; Counter-Trade; International Economic Law; International Trade Law
